a. Office skills
· Interact with the office staff and drivers.
· Payroll / routing functions
· Perform extensive duties on phone, computer; payroll computation and review, spreadsheet creation and modification.
· Ensure drivers have data necessary to complete trips. This could include providing directions, paperwork, etc.
· Problem solving. Potential contact person for vehicle breakdowns, accidents, store power outages, road closures and delays, etc. Replacing report offs.
· Enforce federal and state regulations as well as Company policies and procedures.

1.Qualified candidate must be proficient in the use of a computer and accurate in keypunching data into system.
2.This candidate must be able to use a multi-line phone and present themselves professionally.
3. This person must be able to work without direct supervision for majority of shift.
4. Candidate must be able to work in a second floor office cubicle setting
5. Work schedule is a 3PM start off Wednesday and Saturday.
6. Day shift split week schedule.
