Overview

The Marketing Analyst helps the company to become more Customer Centric focused, understanding our customers, product, loyalty rewards and shopping trends.
This position will support multiple departments by providing actionable data-driven insights focused on our customer in the form of analytics, reports and presentations.

Transforms multiple consumer related data sources (store sales data, coupon redemptions, customer surveys, supplier partner insights, market research and product trends) into actionable insights that results in improved store performance and customer experience. 

Evaluating and analyzing various chain wide marketing and merchandising promotions

Assist with our Gold Card loyalty marketing program and various special or event marketing activities. 

Perform other marketing and merchandising projects as assigned by Sr. Manager of Marketing Insights.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or three to five years of Marketing experience.

Knowledge and usage of applicable computer systems with strong skills in Microsoft Office

Strong communication and organizational skills

Maintains an innate curiosity about consumer behavior 

Ability to work independently
