Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for operating the Gallon Filler and all associated equipment. Must manufacture a quality product that meets predetermined standards.
2. Responsible for assembling, disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing the Gallon Filler and all associated equipment daily.
3. Responsible for maintaining labeling machines and daters.
4. Must perform ATP Swab tests on food contact surfaces after equipment has been cleaned to confirm its cleanliness.
5. Responsible for ensuring all applicable allergen testing has been conducted as needed.
6. Responsible for completing all testing and documentation associated with operating and cleaning the Gallon Filler, as well as HACCP.
7. Responsible for inspecting and maintaining sanitary parts on the Gallon Filler.
8. Responsible for performing additional cleaning procedures as needed, and use the computer based work order system to sign off on tasks when completed.
9. Works with Production Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Shift Supervisors to ensure quality and food safety.
10. Works with and communicates with Blow Mold Operators to ensure the quality of Gallon bottles.
11. Works with and communicates with Maintenance associates about equipment issues.
12. Must adhere to established safety protocols while working safely.
13. May be asked to clean and/or operate other filler machines or perform other clean-up tasks as needed.
14. May have to work overtime as necessary.
15. All associates in their related tasks are responsible for maintaining the commitment to Food Safety and Food Quality.
