This jobs consists of being a part of every facet of our plant. This includes receiving trucks of cream, condensed milk, and sugars. Making ice cream mixes, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and working with Pa Dept of Agriculture inspectors. This job also will include running fillers, freezers, and wrapping machines, when needed. Most times this is for lunch and normal breaks for regular associates. This position will also be the fill- in for vacations and call offs. These call offs could be a day ahead or the same day depending on the situation.
Starting Rate of pay is 14.00 per hour
There is a $2.00 attendance incentive
Sign-On Bonus $2000
Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Previous maintenance, production maintenance or skilled trade experience
1. Able to effectively give, receive and understand written and verbal communications.
2. Must be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and prioritize jobs.
3. Dependable and prompt
4. Above average mechanical aptitude
5. Able to think and react promptly
