The Senior Manager of Learning and Development ensures the organization’s talent management strategies are aligned with creating and maintaining a learning organization and building human capital capabilities. Responsible for promoting best practices and implementing learning methodologies that are contemporary, including: blended learning, adaptive learning, e-learning, and mobile/social learning. Responsible for assessing the learning needs for job/job families and managing the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to ensure consistency with business objectives. Oversees administration of LMS.
