The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and coordinate the efforts of District Asset Protection Managers within their region to achieve maximum shrink prevention, safety awareness and the protection of company assets. This position is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of Asset Protection policies and procedures through compliance assessments and use of exception reporting The RAPM is responsible for hiring, training and developing their team while ensuring results and driving accountability. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and applicable laws.
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) plus five (8) years’ related work experience in multi-store supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
