**New Rates** Flow Line Selector

1. Associate fills store orders in general merchandise department. 
2.  Product is packed into plastic totes in quantities of "less than full case".
3.  Plastic totes are moved on row of rollers along a walking order worker.
4.  Associate uses voice activated radio headset order system to determine what product to select.  Pace of work determined by engineered standards.
5.  Average weight lifted is 5-10 lbs.
6.  Associate must stock pick slots using small hand cart, box cutter and hand- held computer. Heaviest weight lifted stocking is 55 lbs.

1. Must be able to walk continually during shift.

2.Selection system requires the use of earphones and microphone to speak into.

3. Must be able to lift 10 lbs. with regularity and 55 lbs. at irregular intervals

4. Accuracy and speed necessary 

5. Schedule will be 2nd shift 3:30PM -12AM Sun-Thu.

Starting Rate is $15.00 per hour and also pays a $3.00 per hour attendance incentive.
