The Manager, Project Management is expected to by provide portfolio & project management (PPM) support to the Project Management team within the Enterprise Services department. This position will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of the project management function and working with project managers in organizing, analyzing, and reporting project and portfolio level activities.
The Manager, Project Management Office will bridge PPM business requirements into technical specifications and will have frequent, in-depth interactions with other members of the Enterprise Services team on implementation and continuous improvement efforts, customizing and maintaining PPM analytical reports, generating visuals by extracting the full value of PPM systems and applications (e.g., Clockify Time Reporting, and other analytical platforms) to facilitate the effective tracking, modeling, forecasting and analysis of portfolio resources and other insights. She or He will become a subject matter expert in use of the PPM tools, support training of Project Managers and develop training materials.
