Perform services, repairs and installation of all Information Technology equipment. This includes system hardware, software, registers, network equipment and computers. Technical support will be provided to internal customers as well as outside vendors on operational or maintenance aspects of systems and equipment.
Associates degree in electronics or computer technology OR
Training in a related technical discipline
1-4 years worked in related experiences
Substantial technical knowledge and experience with similar equipment and hardware
Analyze problems on a multitude of different equipment
Mechanical aptitude and total comprehensive understanding of store systems
Ability to work under general supervision with few direct instructions
Effectively communicates relevant information to leaders
Intermediate oral and written skills
Able to effectively utilize resources throughout the organization as well as external vendors.
Self-motivated, well organized, and strong innovation skills.
Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to corporate success
