The purpose of this position is to provide analytical and operational support to the benefits and compensation function. The incumbent will have the ability to perform mathematical calculations in computing rates, premiums and adjustments ensuring that benefit and compensation program is competitive and equitable so that the company attracts and retains talent. The Analyst will specialize in benefit and compensation laws as well has a deep understanding of the labor market competitiveness. Will also develop, maintains and administers the company’s salary administration process and various compensation programs including variable compensation. The analyst partners with management to ensure job descriptions are current, relevant and accurate. This position is also responsible for assuring thorough audits, reports and personal contact that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance plus a minimum of two (2) years' related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
