Overview

  • Completes a variety of clerical duties to the staff and management within the Architecture and Land Development Department.

  • Responsible for processing Architectural and Civil Design proposals.

  • Maintains department reports.

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, and Windows 7).

  • Maintains Master Spec and investigates new product information.

  • Prepares bidding and permitting documents for budget plans.

  • Prepares concept plan review packages.

  • Investigates local municipality’s ordinances and codes.

  • Carries out recurring office procedures independently.

Job Qualifications

  • Three years’ experience working in an Architectural/Construction Service environment or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction from and coordinate all assigned work with department management
  • Dependability required.

  • Must be organized & detail oriented.
  • Possess good office skills & knowledge of general office equipment
