Completes a variety of clerical duties to the staff and management within the Architecture and Land Development Department.
Responsible for processing Architectural and Civil Design proposals.
Maintains department reports.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, and Windows 7).
Maintains Master Spec and investigates new product information.
Prepares bidding and permitting documents for budget plans.
Prepares concept plan review packages.
Investigates local municipality’s ordinances and codes.
Carries out recurring office procedures independently.
