Overview

This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Supply Chain - Logistics department and will report directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain – Logistics.

Fielding telephone, written and email communication

Preparation, generation, and distribution of reports and documents

Interpret and advise internal and external customers on departmental initiatives

 Supporting managers within the department

Job Qualifications

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a team environment

Sharp organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Minimum of 2 years experience in related field
