Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION *

This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resources department and will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

  • Fielding telephone, written and email communication
  • Preparation, generation, and distribution of reports and documents
  • Interpret and advise internal and external customers on departmental initiatives
  • Supporting managers within the department

Job Qualifications

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a team environment

Sharp organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

Minimum of 2 years experience in related field
