FT Salvage Worker
Salvage workers are responsible for cleaning and unloading backhaul trailers that come to the distribution center. A Salvage worker uses an electric pallet jack to unload pallets and recyclables from trailers returning to the distribution center from a store. Once a trailer has been unloaded it must be cleaned and sanitized before being put back in service. Salvage workers are also responsible for general cleanup of the trailer cleaning building and warehouse complex.
Must be able to work a five-day first shift schedule that will include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to use an electric pallet jack.
Must be able to lift approximately 30 lbs.
Must willing to undergo a preemployment background check, physical, and drug screen.
4. Must be able to work second shift including weekend/ holiday work.
