Work with category managers in the development and maintenance of center store planograms that maximize sales and profits. Maintain category review schedule and document path critical deadlines. Supervise planogram technicians and delegate assignments. Work together with Category Management and planogram technicians to perform in store test sets. Order new equipment for stores as needs are presented. Work with directors on planograms that support the ad.(drive sales). Build display program to support multiple sales initiatives.
Supervise third party staff of planogram technicians in the development and maintenance of center store planograms. Manage day to day workloads of the individuals to meet a variety of customer needs. Ability to react and delegate to everchanging retail environment. Work with manufactures to drive profits and efficiencies for company.
Maintain planogram web site. Communicate effectively to stores about planogram initiatives. Maintain store section size surveys. Communicate to ISE teams planogram initiatives. Build weekly ISE cycle schedule based on category review schedule and planogram completion. Manage products from company purchase through customer purchase. Ensure that items are properly managed to meet a variety of internal system functions.
College degree preferred
Supervisory experience required, preferably in a retail setting
Store retail experience required
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
